Overview: Mari Space is seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to lead and manage key projects within our aerospace research and education initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.

Responsibilities:

Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation. Define project deliverables and milestones. Team Coordination: Lead and coordinate project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among members. Assign tasks and manage team performance. Resource Management: Oversee resource allocation, including budgeting, staffing, and equipment. Ensure efficient use of resources and manage project-related expenses. Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Address issues and obstacles that arise during project execution. Monitoring and Reporting: Track project progress and performance against goals. Prepare and present regular status reports to stakeholders and senior management. Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, and clients. Ensure alignment of project objectives with stakeholder expectations. Process Improvement: Implement best practices and processes for project management. Continuously seek opportunities to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications: Master’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
