At the Institute of Solid State Electronics, Research Unit of Optoelectronic Materials, TU Wien, a position as a project assistant (prae-doc) is offered jointly with a large European semiconductor manufacturer until 31.01.2028 for 30 hours/week. Expected start: December 2024. The group of Prof. Alexander Grüneis conducts research in growth and spectroscopic characterization of 2D materials. The specific project deals with the growth and spectroscopic/electrical characterization of novel insulating fluorides on semiconductors and metals.
