We invite applications for a postdoctoral position at the Transdisciplinarity-Lab (TdLab) of the Department of Environmental Systems Science at ETH Zürich. You will be responsible for designing and implementing the stakeholder engagement of the NCCR CLIM+.
The postdoctoral position will be an integral part of the newly established National Competence Centre in Research NCCR CLIM+. NCCR CLIM+ supports Switzerland’s transformation towards a climate-resilient society and trains a new generation of experts with strong disciplinary and transdisciplinary expertise. This project offers the opportunity to collaborate with leading experts in atmospheric and climate science within the NCCR CLIM+ as well as ETH Zurich.
In the NCCR CLIM+ storylines are key to achieve actionable knowledge and cross-disciplinary communication. Storylines are scientifically based stories that represent plausible futures and extreme climate outcomes in their physical and social dimensions. The position is for three years initially and can be extended. The starting date is as soon as possible.
In general, doctoral / postdoctoral researchers at ETH Zurich have a full-time employment. A part-time employment may only be considered in exceptional cases (e.g. child- or familycare, other projects or employment).
