Your Responsibilities

• Writing a dissertation at the University of Graz in the area of Civil Law
• Involvement (Participation) in a research project on Austrian and comparative inheritance and tort law in the research projects (Prof. Christandl)
• Conduction of and participation in courses
• Assistance in examinations
• Student support
• Cooperation on organizational and administrative tasks as well as evaluation measures

Your Profile

• Completed diploma or master’s degree in the field of Law with over-average success
• Excellent abilities of Austrian Private Law and associated practise areas
• Excellent command of German (written and spoken)
• Excellent English language skills (another foreign language desirable)
• High interest in scientific work and interaction with students
• Ability to work independently
• Didactic competence for the conducting of courses (desirable)
• Experience in research and teaching support (desirable)
• Comprehensive computer skills
• Organizational skills
• Communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Resilience and problem-solving ability

We offer an annual gross salary of at least € 52.865,40 for a fulltime position. An overpayment based on qualification and experience is possible.
