Your Responsibilities
- Writing a dissertation at the University of Graz in the field of Human Resource Management
- Independent teaching of courses and participation in teaching and examination tasks of the Department (including topics of Austrian labour law and gender studies)
- Participation in research projects of the Department
- (Co-)Supervision of Bachelor's theses
- Student support and supervision
- Participation in organizational and administrative tasks as well as in evaluation measures
Your Profile
- Completed relevant university Master’s degree (Business Administration, Economics, Psychology, or Sociology with a focus on personnel and work)
- Excellent knowledge of personnel research
- Excellent command of quantitative and qualitative methods
- Excellent proficiency in both German and English, along with intercultural competence
- Academic curiosity and a keen interest in addressing current research questions
- Commitment and independent working style
- Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills

We offer an annual gross salary of at least € 52.865,40 for a fulltime position. An overpayment based on qualification and experience is possible.
