Your Responsibilities

• Writing a dissertation at the University of Graz in the area of commercial and/or corporate law
• Participation in the team of Prof. Baumgartner, in particular in research projects and in organization and administration
• Independent holding of courses and participation in teaching and examination tasks of the department
• Supervision of students

Your Profile

• Completed diploma/master’s degree in the field of Law
• Excellent knowledge of written and spoken German, good English skills
• Scientific curiosity and interest in working on current research questions
• Very good knowledge in the field of commercial and corporate law
• Very good MS Office skills
• Academic experience is an advantage
• Independent working style and high level of initiative
• Strong teamwork and organizational skills

We offer an annual gross salary of at least € 52.865,40 for a fulltime position. An overpayment based on qualification and experience is possible.
